Volunteer Help
We are always looking for volunteers to help on BOTH sides of the Charity.
There is a constant need for help in Fund Raising, and anyone who is able to give some time in helping will be most welcome. There are different Fund Raising Events and we try to raise around £15,000 each year to cover upkeep and running costs. If you can give us some of your time, please contact Tony Elgar Tel. No 01202 849325.
We are always grateful for any volunteers to help crew Dolphin, you don’t need a knowledge of the sea!
Volunteer skippers would need to have a knowledge of boat handling and seamanship.
If you would like to get involved with our wonderful Trust, please contact Tony Elgar 01202 849325 or Steve Quinlan on 01202 982177.
Membership
We are pleased to accept enquiries for Associate Membership of the Friends of Dolphin. Register with us for £10 per year for a single person or £15 for a couple. Both membership and donations can be paid in conjunction with Gift Aid (if you are a taxpayer). This allows us to reclaim the tax on that sum (£2.80 on every £10.00).
Membership may also be paid by Standing Order. All you need to do is to contact Bob Irwin on 01258 857806, and he will be pleased to send you the forms for you to complete and return.
